Cookie Policy

Last updated: 24 April 2026

What cookies are

Cookies are small files that websites store on your device. Some are essential to make a site work; others are optional and used for things like analytics or advertising.

Your choice

On your first visit you are shown a banner with Accept all, Reject all and Customise. By default, nothing optional is set until you choose. You can change your choice at any time using .

Cookies and storage we use

Strictly necessary

  • bluffball.consent.v1 — local storage entry that remembers your cookie preferences so we don't ask again on every visit. Set on your device only; never sent to a server.

Analytics (only with consent)

Currently no analytics provider is enabled. If one is added in future it will be listed here and gated behind your consent.

Advertising (only with consent)

If you accept marketing cookies, ads are served via Google Publisher Tag (securepubads.g.doubleclick.net). Google and its partners may set cookies including:

  • __gads, __gpi — used by Google Ad Manager for ad delivery, frequency capping and fraud prevention.
  • IDE (set on doubleclick.net) — used to measure ad performance and, where you have consented, personalise ads.
  • Additional cookies may be set by participating demand partners. For an authoritative and current list, see Google's advertising cookies reference.

If you refuse marketing cookies, the Google Publisher Tag script is not loaded and none of these cookies are set.

How to disable cookies in your browser

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Doing so will not break BluffBall — the site works without optional cookies; you just won't see ads.
